Kafue  – 7 Day

Discovered by David Livingstone before he ever saw the Victoria Falls, Ngonya Waterfalls starts this adventure through Kafue National Park from the West. Follow the Kafue River as it meanders south to Lake Itezhi-Tezhi, visit the David Shepherd Elephant Orphanage and Ngoma Teak forests. Camp on the lake shores to a hippo serenade at night.

Kafue – 10 Day

Discover the culture of the Lozi as we head North from Livingstone amid small villages. Our expedition into Kafue starts in the area of Hook Bridge where game is plentiful. Explore the Busanga Swamps and camp amid the forests of Lushimba. Ancient iron smelters at Mabiya Hot Springs alongside the Cordon Road hark to another era of civilization. Tiger fishing and sunset cruises on Lake Itezhi-Tezhi to hippo calls. Connect with the orphaned elephants as they learn reintegration among the vast Teak Forests. Black-cheeked Love birds on the Nanzhila Plains and bushcamp at the Bilili Springs.

Kafue - 14 Day

An epic adventure like no other! We traverse the Western Boundary track bush camping for 4 days amid the Mopane forests before Hook Bridge finds us in amongst the twists and turns of the Shishamba River. Three days into the Busanga Swamps, the far North of Kafue, will guarantee good cat sightings! Wild dogs, hyena, hippo and elephant call these plains their home. We visit the Chibemba & Mbiya hot springs, explore the old iron smelter as we follow the Kafue River South. Camping at Hippo Bay on the shores of Lake Itezhi-Tezhi to hippo honking at night, tiger fishing, sunset cruises and a visit to Chief Musungwa’s Palace to discover the true Zambian culture. The elephant orphanage, Ngoma Teak forests and the vast Nanzhila Plains searching for Cheetah will immerse your soul into this incredible park forever.

Kasanka – 7 Day

This is the largest mammal migration on the planet! Kasanka has a rich diversity of animal, bird and plant life including several rare species such as sitatunga, wattled crane, Ross’s Lourie and Blue Monkeys. Kasanka is also host to the unique and spectacular congregation of several million Straw-Colored Fruit bats – the reason for this adventure!

Kasanka – 10 Day

Kasanka offers visitors the opportunity to experience a Southern African adventure with tropical Congo elements in a remote and unspoilt wilderness that is unlike any other. With a rich diversity of animal, bird and plant life including several rare species such as sitatunga, wattled crane, Ross’s Lourie and Blue Monkeys. Kasanka is also host to a unique and spectacular congregation of several Million Straw-Colored Fruit bats! We will also embark on a two-day adventure into the swamp system of Lake Waka Waka in the Bangweulu Wetlands of Lavushi Manda National Park, accompanied by expert Shoebill guides to locate these elusive and shy birds.

Liuwa Plains – 12 Day

Offering an isolated and pristine safari experience it is remote with game is spread out across the plains. In November massive herds of blue wildebeest arrive from Angola, traversing the plains in their thousands, very often mingling with zebra along the way or gathering around water holes and pans. This is the second largest Wildebeest migration on Earth! Jackal, serval, wildcat, wild dog as well as lion and hyena are the predators of the area. Many birds migrate here during the rains and massive flocks can be seen as they fly south. The plains are dotted with woodlands which make for excellent birding.

Incredible birding on the Kafue Flats of Lochinvar NP, spend 2 nights on a house boat on the mighty Lake Kariba, canoeing and fishing in Lower Zambezi game watching from your boat. Take in the Southern section of the Great East African Rift Valley and the Murchison Escarpment in South Luangwa National Park, renowned for its Leopard and Wild Dog sightings.
